She creates the recipes alongside our head chef, approves each weekly lineup, and makes sure the meals feel like something she would proudly serve in her own home. Feeding people has always been her way of caring for them, and that energy shapes how she leads the kitchen and the team. Her approach is simple. Make food that tastes good, feels good, and makes healthy eating easier for real families and real schedules.
Her work has been recognized throughout Southern California, including being named Top Female Entrepreneur of the Year by the Spirit Awards. The company name was inspired by her kids, and the business still carries that same personal touch. Order from My Healthy Penguin's new weekly menu's and NEW Breakfast to take back your Sunday's. We deliver Sunday morning straight to your home! Don't want to wait? Thats why we send ETA's via text message the day before!
Fresh Meal Prep Delivery
Let's just say, delivering healthy meals in the Inland Empire is My Healthy Penguin's thing! When you are a delivery service, you know when the 210 and Day Creek, Haven, or Foothill is not the best street to take, especially during rush hour. We deliver fresh, healthy meals every Sunday morning to your home. Not going to be home? Don't worry! Thats why we send ETA's so you know exactly when to expect your delivery. Not Going to be home? Leave out an ice cooler or insulated bag and your driver will place your meals in the bag and send a message!

We get it - Rancho Cucamonga has plenty of healthy food options to shop at. Sure you can get in the long lines at Trader Joes, or head over to Sprouts. If you had a Friday morning off, you could even head over to Victoria Garden's Farmer Market! We know that life doesn't always allow for time for shopping.
