What’s a point worth?

Why didn’t I get my birthday points?
The date was most likely added too close to the day. Birthdays need 30 days’ notice, or the points start next year. Change it with Edit date in the Loyalty panel.
I’ve ordered before. Do I have points?
Most likely, if you were signed in. Open the panel and check.
Do I have to redeem right away?
No. Points keep adding up. Redeem whenever you want.
