My Healthy Penguin® is a leading meal prep delivery service by Christine® in Southern California; proudly preparing and delivering from Rancho Cucamonga, California.
Our mission is to make a healthier eating lifestyle more sustainable in our everyday busy lives. We deliver fresh and healthy meals from our weekly rotated menus to your home or work.
We care about our brand, our employees, and most importantly, our customers! We stand behind our meals, and promise to deliver on an outstanding customer experience.

I come from a family heritage around food and entrepreneurship, so you can say starting a meal delivery service was always in the books. I started My Healthy Penguin® because I believe eating healthy should be flavorful, simple, and convenient! I was so frustrated years ago with the limited options and the stigma that meal prep had to be bland! What?! What started as a means to provide for my family and make meals for some friends has turned into one of the leading meal prep companies in the Inland Empire, Orange County, Los Angeles, and the High Desert.
With meal prep delivery, you not only take back your time, but you can now put those hours you would have put cooking on Sunday to spending time with family, friends and doing what you need to do. And best of all? No Dishes!
What started as me is now a full culinary team!
Rotated Weekly Menus
Each week, we upload a new menu based on personal experience, family recipes, and customer feedback. We aim to reduce the hassle of choosing meals from an endless menu. Instead, we provide you with five menu items to select for the week.
All of our food is made fresh in our commercial kitchen in Rancho Cucamonga to provide healthier versions of the food we love, regardless of schedule or health goals - so YOU don't have to think about your week's meals.

Order Before Our Cutoff
To order your healthy meal preps, select the amount of meals you would like by Wednesday at 11:59 PM from our weekly menu to receive your meal delivery for the upcoming Sunday/Monday.
All orders placed after our cutoff will be delivered the following Sunday.
This cutoff allows us time to properly and accurately prepare, cook, and deliver your meals. Unfortunately, we can not make exceptions for late orders.
No Contact Delivery
We deliver meals throughout the community every Sunday morning between 7am-5pm in the Inland Empire, Orange County, Los Angeles, Temecula and on Mondays to the High Desert.
And You know what's awesome? WE actually email AND text you the day before your Estimated Time for Delivery.
You will be able to see your delivery in real time and receive a text 5 minutes before delivery. Your driver will message you when your fresh meals are delivered!
