All meals come prepared, fresh, and ready to eat. Most people order 15 meals for the workweek, a busy week, or when they need to intake more calories.
Don't like one of the menu items? No Problem! Just leave us a note letting us know which meal you don't want and then the meal you would like substituted! *Excludes Nourish Bowls. If we still aren't sure what you mean, we will contact you to make sure we get your order right! Please note that if you select Tofu, meat toppings will not apply on to your meals unless specified!

Deliveries take place every Sunday between the hours of 8am-12 noon in the IE and 11am-4pm in LA and OC Counties. During transit, all your meals are placed in insulated bags to keep your food cool, safe to eat, and fresh. When your meals have been delivered, refrigerate them immediately! Please refer to our FAQ on how we suggest keeping your meals fresh and delicious.
If you are not home during our delivery times, please leave a cooler or ice chest with ice packs out for us to place your meals in to keep them fresh.
If no one is home to pick up your food, your food will be left at your door. It is your responsibility to make proper arrangements to receive your food, so please help us in making sure all meals are delivered.
