Receive ETA’s via text message and email the day before your delivery! You can track your driver on the day of delivery and even get a confirmation text of your meals after delivery. All meals are delivered in company refrigerated vans during transit.

Is My Healthy Penguin Subscription Based?
Absolutely NOT! There will be NO unexpected charges! There is nothing worse than forgetting to cancel your subscription and we know how that feels! When you order from our weekly menu, you are not locked in for the following weeks. Scared you are going to forget? Subscribe to our newsletter or text message alerts, follow us on social media, or set reminders on your phone.
How Do I Order?
Select a meal plan, choose the amount of meals you want delivered, and select from our rotated weekly menu! Add some breakfast items too if you want from our Add On Menu! We cook and prepare all your food to be delivered fresh! All meals are portioned and ready to eat! You will receive an email with your ETA so make sure to look out for your delivery Sunday/Monday.

THIS IS EXTREMELY IMPORTANT! The latest all orders are accepted for the upcoming Sunday delivery (Monday Delivery for the High Desert) is Wednesday at 11:59 pm. Any order placed after will apply to the following week's delivery, not the current week delivery. Please email us if you have any concerns or questions!
When Will My Meals Be Delivered?
SUNDAYS are our delivery dates and MONDAYS for High Desert customers! And You know what's awesome? We actually email AND text you the day before your Estimated Time for Delivery. This will update the morning of and you can even track your driver when he's close, and if your time changes. Your driver will message you when your fresh meals are delivered!
Can I Split Up My Order For Multiple Delivery Dates?
Unfortunately, no. We do not split up meal packs or do multiple delivery dates. Our menu changes weekly. Whatever is chosen when ordering online is delivered the upcoming delivery date.

When you are a delivery service, you know when the 210 and Colorado Blvd, South Pasadena Ave or Del Mar Blvd are the best streets to take, especially during rush hour. We deliver fresh, healthy meals every Sunday morning to your home. Not going to be home? Don't worry! Thats why we send ETA's so you know exactly when to expect your delivery. Leave out an ice cooler or insulated bag and your driver will place your meals in the bag and send a message!

We get it - Pasadena has plenty of healthy food options to shop at like the 1810 Restaurant or the romantic Cafe Santorini. Sure you can get in the long lines at Whole Foods, or head over to Sprouts.
