  • All meals come prepared with standard 5 oz of protein, 1/2 cup of carbs, and 1 cup of veggies, with the exception of pasta dishes. Most people order for the workweek, a busy week, or when they need to intake more calories. 

    Don't like one of the menu items? No Problem! Just leave us a note letting us know which meal you don't want and then the meal you would like substituted! *Excludes Nourish Bowls. If we still aren't sure what you mean, we will contact you to make sure we get your order right! Please note that if you select Tofu, meat toppings will not apply to your meals unless specified!
